Have you received an incomplete or damaged product?

At Melodii we strive to ensure that every order arrives to you perfectly. Nevertheless, it may happen that an item is defective, damaged or incomplete when it is received. We understand that this is very annoying and are committed to finding a suitable solution.

Choose the situation that best applies to you:

(a) My product was delivered damaged and/or defective.

That is of course not the experience we want to offer you. We request that you meet the following conditions for quick processing:

  • Your purchase was made via www.melodii.eu.
  • You report the damage or defect within 30 working days of receipt.
  • In case of damage, we would like to receive a photo of the product.

(b) My product is broken or no longer works properly. It has warranty.

To be eligible for the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is a Melodii product. (If you did not purchase the product from us? We ask you to take a photo of the invoice and upload it, or the PDF of the invoice, with your request.)
  • The product was purchased less than 2 years ago.
  • The product has not been dropped, damaged, wet or used in any other way that could void the warranty.

If the defect falls within the warranty conditions and the warranty period, we will repair your product free of charge. Always include a copy of the proof of purchase with your request to be able to claim the warranty. If it turns out that the damage is outside the warranty, costs will be charged. We will always contact you first before these costs are incurred.

At Melodii, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. We will therefore do everything we can to resolve your problem to your satisfaction. If you have any questions or need assistance filing your claim, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

Returns

Have you ordered something from us and are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! For all our webshop customers, if you are not satisfied, your money back guarantee applies. You can cancel your order with us free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Legally, there is a 14-day return period for returning items, but we have extended this to 30 days for you. You therefore have a return period of 30 days for returning your item(s) from the moment you canceled your order.
  2. The item is in its original condition and in the original packaging (if reasonably possible)

HAVE YOU RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

When you order something from us, you can assume that it is a high-quality product. If you have received a defective, damaged or incomplete item as a result of your order via our webshop, we will be happy to ensure that it is handled properly. If your product becomes defective within the return period, you can invoke the warranty via our customer service. 

Every product you have purchased through our webshop has a legal warranty of 2 years, which means that a product must do or be what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it. The offered own guarantees or any manufacturer's guarantees do not affect the legal rights that you have as a consumer.

HOW SOON WILL YOU BE REFUNDED AFTER YOUR RETURN?

As soon as you return your item(s) that you ordered via the webshop, you will receive the purchase amount of the returned item(s) including delivery costs from us as soon as possible. A maximum period of 10 days applies for this. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods (whichever comes first). You will receive the purchase amount via the payment method you used for the original transaction.
